Clerical Association of Saint Gregory the Great -- New Community of Tradition: Society of Good Shepherd Splintering

Edit:  stay tuned!

(Rome) within the traditional Institut du Bon Pasteur (Institute of the Good Shepherd), there have been times of disquiet. The calm was restored by Rome's intervention in the sense at the price that some priests and seminarians of the Institute have now established with the Clerical Association of Saint Gregory the Great, a new community. A canonical recognition is not yet available.

The Institute was canonically erected by the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei in 2006. The founder and Superior General, Philippe Laguérie and the first members of the young Institute came from the Society of St. Pius X. A Visitation of the Institute in the spring of 2012 by the then and now renewed Secretary of the Commission Ecclesia Dei, today's Curial Archbishop Mario Pozzo, led to internal conflict in the institute. Among other things,  Rome had called for a more positive view in the formation of priests  with respect to  the Second Vatican Council  in the setting of Disputationes Theologicae and a change in the statutes in which the designation of the traditional Rite as "exclusive Rite" of the Institute, "the Institute's own rite" should be changed (see separate report Institut du Bon Pasteur has new Superior General - If it Comes to the Dividing of the Institute? ).

Conflict was Sparked by the Interference of Rome

An internal conflict flared up about the identity of the institution. A majority of younger members of the institute struggled at the general chapter  in that year against Roman interference and selected on 5 July a new General Council headed by Abbé Roch Perrel. The deselected founder and former Superior General Laguérie fought with the support of Rome in the election. He warned against internal   battles and a rebellion against Rome. The election was declared invalid and Laguérie was reinstated as Superior General. Under the supervision of Ecclesia Dei  a new General Chapter took place on 12 September 2013 which held that again the Superior General  Abbé Laguérie was elected for a six year period. (see separate report Father Philippe Laguerie Again Superior General of the Institut du Bon Pasteur ).

But what has happened since with the group of priests and seminarians who made 2012 resistance? The majority acquiesced to the decisions of Rome.

Four appeals to Rome - two "answers"

However, four priests of the Institute went to the Apostolic Signatura in Rome with four requests  on various issues. Meanwhile, there are answers to two appeals before.

The first appeal concerned the right to inspect certain documents to the common questions.  The decision of the Church court was negative (Protocol No. 48339/13 CA Pictavien, electionis, Rev.dus St. Carusi - Pontificia Commissio Ecclesia Dei, 17 September 2013). The second appeal was directed against the repeat of the election of the General Council and the interventions to make in the electoral body, "that would have led to a contradiction even in Burkina Faso," as the Clerical Association of Saint Gregory the Great, noted in a written statement. It was initially partially approved.

Appeals Archived Because of "Lack of Money" and "Time Limit Exceeded"

On 11 December, 2013 however,  the  appellants were informed in a letter dated 30 November that the appeal had been archived.  By reason of  exceeding the deadline and financial aspects. The applicant had lack of income, because for months he no longer  received grants from his Institute, then he requested the allocation of a public defender, which was refused. The rejection was not transmitted until 30 days after the deadline and at the same time succinctly explains that it had been archived due to exceeding the deadline of appeals. The procedure is reminiscent of an elegant little tricking. That it was moored to a question of money,  makes recent acclamations of  the recently emphasized "Church of the poor" more bitter than funny.

Other signals are interpreted by the priests and seminarians that resisted the intervention of Rome not very positively. By circular dated 11 November 2013 it was communicated to the priests of the Institute, that Jean-Pierre Cardinal Ricard, archbishop of Bordeaux  would be the canonical reference point for the Institute. In the Diocese there is the general headquarters and other facilities of the Institute. From the circular it is not entirely clear whether Cardinal Ricard is in a sense a kind of "permanent Visitor" or "Commissar" of the Institute. The Masonic magazine Franc-Maçonnerie magazines from the September October 2013 reported that the cardinal urged priests of his archdiocese   to continue to go to the lodge meetings, because in allusion to Pope Francis, the Freemasonry was in the "existential periphery". [Bishop Pontier member of Grand Orient.]

Clerical Association of Saint Gregory the Great - Five  Priorities

The appellants  wanted to exhaust all ways, and also by the answers as they write, to be able to recognize a "Wink of Providence." "After everyone has checked to see, we came to the conclusion that it was time to leave." The group decided to stay together and to form their own community in order to preserve the identity of the Institut de Bon Pasteur in another form.

They founded the Clerical Association of Saint Gregory the Great, in order to make their "contribution to the Catholic tradition." The new altrituelle Community lists five priorities of their work:

1) The formation of seminarians in fidelity to the Church's tradition.
2) The website Disputationes Theologicae, which is published in French and Italian, as an organ of a "constructive criticism". [Guess what's going up on the blogroll?]
3) Communal prayer life, "especially for the triumph of faith for the Church and for souls, who are exposed to great trial and particularly the persistent need of prayer."
4) The maintenance of the traditional Mass "on a large reliance on the fruits of the Holy Victim of the Altar."
5) The use of the confessional, a service that  the priests of the Clerics Association of Saint Gregory the Great offer to dioceses.

Those who signed the explanation were  two priests Abbé Louis-Numa Julien (France) and Don Stefano Carusi (Italy) and the Polish seminarians Łukasz Zaruski and Bartholomew K. Krzych.

French Education Minister Visits Kindergarten to Tell Boys They Can Be Girls: Man Dumps Tons of Manure in Front of Parliament

French Minister indoctrinate young children in kindergarten with the gender ideology(Paris), France's Minister is going to kindergartens  in order to explain to the boys that they should play with dolls and the girls that they want to play with the beginning of the program of "ABCs of Equality" . This is an attempt to work "against gender stereotypes" in the age group of three to six year old children. Minister of Education Vincent Peillon and women's rights minister Najat Vallaud-Belkacem form  the ideological spearhead of the socialist government, who are going to kindergartens to start yet another  new government program.
The fight against "gender stereotypes" is officially underway in France. In order to put  the ideological re-education in effect, it already starts with small children in preschool. The state takes over the education of children and wants to start as soon as possible with a one-sided indoctrination. The program is based on   gender ideology, which states that  the biological sex is not decisive, but the perceived gender. The left-liberal "liberation struggle" will "liberate" man and woman allegedly from  socially "enforced" gender roles.

Book Recommendation: "Father Wearing a Skirt"

The socialist government program aims to "educate for a culture of equality between the sexes" and  "eliminate prejudices and stereotypes that can be the basis for discrimination."
The government has set up a special website to spread among the teachers "appropriate" instructional material for the support of the ideological perspective of the Socialist Party (PS). The largest teachers' union, which belongs to the left trade union cartel, supports the government and recommends that the teaching staff to use books that are "deconstructing gender stereotypes".  For that reason, books are recommended like "I Have Two Dads Who Love Each Other" or "Father Wearing a Skirt".
Minister Peillon (see separate report France: Jewish Education Minister: "We need to replace Catholic Religion by a Republican Religion" ) and Minister Vallaud-Belkacem (see separate report France: Website of the Government for Abortion and Against Pro-Lifers [German]) are both socialists and firmly anchored in the Masonic network  (see report Hollande's "Charter of Laïcité" Identical with Masonic Proposal - Pure Coincidence ). The two Ministers continued their "struggle" in kindergarten on Monday  "against all forms of self-censorship" and continued by holding highly charged ideological speeches to children aged 3-6 years: "both boys and girls can play with toy cars." Or: "Today, there are many women who make war and are therefore called soldiers." Or, "Are they only reserved to be dancing girls? Can a woman be a bricklayer? Can a boy play with dolls?"  Of course, the minister told the children and encouraged them explicitly to do so.

Euthanasia, abortion, divorce

The fight against "gender stereotypes" is not the only ideological battle front of  Francois Hollande's government. On the day after his two ministers marched out for the first time out in a kindergarten ideologically to coerce infants, the President announced a plan to introduce euthanasia. For the next 13 February, the socialist ruling party summoned their senators to discuss for the introduction of a bill for a "dignified death".
The abortion law will again be debated in the French parliament on January 20th. The government also wants to raise the unpunished killing of unborn children to a "human rights like the others."  According to the Estrela Report, which failed two times at the level in the European Parliament, France's Socialists want to continue the way single-handedly.
Justice Minister Christiane Taubira, is the originatress of the famous-infamous Loi Taubira "Marriage pour tous" , in which "gay marriage" was legalized in 2013, according to the journalist and author Sophie Coignard of the female Grand Lodge 'Grande Loge Féminine de France' (GLFF). A year ago Taubira issued instructions to immediately recognize that children born  abroad  to surrogate mothers are French citizens. A first step towards the legalization of surrogacy which is banned in France surrogacy, which is urged by aberrosexualist organizations. The atheist from French Guiana will now impose the quick divorce as well. If a divorce is based on consensus, they will in future be recognized by court clerks with an informal act.

Protest Against Government Policy

"The killing of an unborn child will be reduced to a trivial solution, to which one could have access at any time," said Archbishop André Cardinal Vingt-Trois of Paris, criticizing the new abortion plans of the government. Regarding the express divorce, he said: "This is a serious way to conceal the harmful consequences for society. Because people are acting as if there were no consequences."
Meanwhile   a man unloaded several tons of manure to protest against President Francois Hollande outside Parliament in Paris. On 2 February the civil rights movement Manif pour tous is back on the streets in Paris to protest against government policies.

Freemasons of the Grand Orient Attempt to Pocket Pope Francis

The Home of Signismundo Malatesta!
(Rimini) "Get back out of the catacombs and give back human dignity is the invitation to Pope Francis and the Rimini Meeting, it is a theme and a path which the Grand Orient of Italy and has anticipated," that is the message of Freemasonry on its website. The Grand Orient of Italy, located in Palazzo Giustiniani in Rome is the most important centre of Freemasonry on the Apennine Peninsula. The Freemasons applaud the Pope and try to usurp him. He ultimately represents only what Freemasonry has long since adulterated. Praise from the wrong side can not help you decide for yourself. The new "friendliness" of Freemasonry still astonishes and makes themselves heard. A change in strategy? Megalomania? Convergence of ideas?

Pope Francis and the Meeting of Rimini say "What Freemasonry Has Said For a Long Time"

"The statement may sound presumptuous, but in reality it is already part of history and common sense. First, Pope Francis, Christians and religious people are invited "to leave the catacombs" and to discover, instead of the Church as an institution, the Church of the Word, and then assured Emilia Guarnieri, President of the Foundation Meeting for Friendship Among Peoples, in an interview said that in the meeting in Rimini the "real message" is out: "Let's give man his dignity back," says the Masonic explanation. "It's nice to know" say the Lodge Brothers, "as these topics are exactly the same as those of the Grand Orient of Italy and part of the specific message from Grand Master Gustavo Raffi which prompt the discovery later on of the compass of values for the people and citizens."

Grandmaster Gustavo Raffi of the Orient of Italy
The Grand Orient is the mainstream of Italian Freemasonry. It maintains the heritage of the Risorgimento, that is, of the Italian Unification Movement of 1859-1870 and a secular, anti-Catholic tradition. Father Paolo Siano of the Franciscans of the Immaculate published a manual in 2012 on how to understand Freemasonry (published in religious publishing house Casa Mariana, Frigento, 630 pages), which is a fundamental examination of the secret society from a Catholic perspective. Freemasonry needs no advertising, considering the influence it exerts on society. Not so much because of the erroneous ideas and the bizarre rituals that it represents, but more so because of the relationships, contacts, cliques, which represent an exclusive network.

The Radical Opponents of the Church, Pannella Praises the Pope

Although Freemasonry is a verbal cult and boasts full transparency, it represents a reality in the obscure darkness of concealment. It is far more amazing that the Grand Orient is full of praise for Pope Francis. "It's easy to love him!" said Corrispondenza Romana . Praise for the head of the Catholic Church, which wants to give the impression that the Pope has finally announced only later what Freemasonry had always taught, makes thoughtful and acts for a particular kind of riding on the footboards. Currently, many have tried to hang themselves on to the new Pope. One of them is the Catholic eater par excellence, the radicals (nomen est omen) Pannella, Mentor of the Italian abortion and divorce law and herald of the slogan "No Vatican No Taliban". His discovery and foster daughter is Emma Bonino, an abortion propagandist of the first hour, who demonstratively made herself dirty with blood in the 70s, as she personally participated in the killing of many unborn children, when this was prohibited.

Emma Bonino, a Cohn-Bendit of Italy - Churchless Super Moralist With and Without Apron

Who is the German former pedophile propagandist Daniel Cohn-Bendit of the Italians, the child killer Emma Bonino. They represent the modern "moral conscience" of Western nations. Accordingly, it is ordered that they, Cohn-Bendit and Bonino, who will rob the air for those who have entered into a struggle for survival of the morals of peoples. Marco Panella has managed to make Bonino the EU Commissioner. Currently, she is Italian Foreign Minister. And is, according to the brothers of the apron,  she who should be next State President. Whoever remembers the child murder? Today, Bonino is the "Messenger of Peace" of Left-Atlantic liberalism, who was even a "convinced pacifist" in the name of peace going to war.

"Pannella belongs to those who love the Pope Francis. Why should not Grandmaster Raffi do so," said Corrispondenza Romana. "The simple cross that he has worn on the white robe, offers hope that a Church of the people has been won back for dialogue with all people of good will and of Freemasonry, which, - as the example of Latin America shows - works for the welfare and progress of humanity oriented to Simon Bolivar, Salvador Allende and Jose Marti, just to name a few." All three Mentioned were Masons and in wide parts of their political life no friends of the Church. Of Simon Bolivar it is known that he was finally converted to the Catholic faith, which in turn Freemasonry did not find so unpleasant, that this passage in his biography is usually suppressed.

Why is Emma Bonino Being Allowed to Open Italian "Catholic Day"?

The Grand Orient named Pope Francis and the Meeting of Rimini. The Meeting has been organized for 30 years by the new spiritual movement Communion and Liberation (CL). For legal and organizational reasons, the big event is supported by the Adriatic seaside resort of their own foundation, which is independent of CL, but the staff is closely intertwined. CL was developed in Italy by Giussani,  which has been, especially under Pope John Paul II, a counterpart loyal to Rome of  left-Catholic Action. High representatives of CL are high-ranking politicians. There has also been commingling, which led to considerable criticism.

The Meeting in Rimini is a kind of Italian Catholic Day [Like the Ecumaniacal Katholikentag in Germany] with several hundred thousand participants. Correspondingly, the event is colorful in that it not restricted to religion. For some, it is far too colorful and too arbitrary. The boastful praise of the Grand Orient and its allusion to the meeting at least make it deafeningly obvious. Actually,  the theme "Centrality of People" was stressed by the CL about the 2013 meeting was stressed. It was attention grabbing. And it is also striking that the meeting has been conspired to be opened by Emma Bonino. Would that Cohn-Bendit opened the Catholic Day in Germany, there would be wavering Catholic functionaries and justifiably confused green-Catholic voters, but then it seems - thank God - to be but quite unrealistic. Why then the pandering to the Italian Foreign Minister, who has never distanced herself from her abortion, euthanasia and gay marriage ideology? Bonino is celebrated by the Freemasons of the Grand Orient. That alone makes it highly unlikely that tshe could be celebrated by Catholics.

"If the Lodge Brothers Love the Pope, Why do They Not repent?"

"Whoever believes in God, has a different centrality" said Corrispondenza Romana: "Christ is the center of the life of the believer and not man or any earthly object he desires.",

The Grand Master of the Grand Orient wants to oppose the institution of the Church and abuse the Church's gestures for his own transparent intention, that used by Pope Francis iron cross. "We are not outraged about this. It's just a choice that does not affect the two thousand year old heritage of the Church founded by Christ and the work of God (not of the 'people') in the slightest. If the Grand Master and his lodge brothers take so much delight in the cross of iron, why not take the opportunity to repent? For Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Why do they not leave their dark cellar and their worldly interests and build a paradise. Not a paradise on earth, but a building in this world for eternal life in paradise. Then they would really love the Pope and the angels of heaven would be rejoicing and celebrating a festival at which they may one day also participate," said Corrispondenza Romana.

Priest Excommunicated for Membership In Masonic Lodge -- Church Infiltrated by Freemasons

(Paris) Freemasons in the Catholic Church have something in common with  El Diabolos: They both want to make you believe that he does not exist. The Vatican has now asked the Bishop of Annecy, Monsignor Yves Boivineau, to suspend the pastor  of Sainte Anne d'Arly-Montjoie of Megeve from his office. This is due to his membership in the Grand Orient of France. Abbè Pascal Vesin, 43 years old, was ordained a priest in 1996. He was initiated into a Masonic lodge and joined the Grand Orient, the largest Masonic order in France, such as Riposte Catholique reported in 2001. Ever since Abbé Vesin had tied on the apron of the  lodge, the lodge was his real home. Since then he has infiltrated the Catholic Church with Masonic ideas.
Rome's mills grind slowly, but they grind. In 2010, the Bishop of Annecy, this is the See of St. Francis de Sales, was informed of the lodge membership of this priest. The bishop asked and the priest denied. After 2011, it was evident he belonged to the lodge, the bishop then asked him to leave the Freemasonry, to exclusively to fulfill his priestly order. "Brother" Vesin relied on an "absolute freedom of conscience" and insisted that he can belong to both the Catholic Church and Freemasonry. [Familiar, isn't it?]
His benevolent bishop was prepared to continued to dialogue, so that the priest would reconsider its position. From the beginning, the aproned minister was informed about the planned ecclesiastical punishment. Since Vesin still clung to his lodge work, the Congregation made a decision in March. The bishop asked the Apostolic Nuncio as to the time necessary to inform his Priests. Three members of the Council were assigned the task to meet her "brother" Vesin. He still refused to leave the lodge.
Today, the Vicar-General met with the parish council of Megeve and explained these sanctions and made arrangements that the faithful will be informed at the Sunday Masses.
In the official press release of the Diocese, it was stated that "the penalty could be waived" if the priest  "unequivocally expressed his will to return to the Church."
Abbé, aka Brother Vesin, had represented progressivist positions as a priest in Megeve. He called for the abolition of celibacy, defended the secularization of state and society, artificial contraception and the introduction of "gay marriage". In January 2013, he publicly condemned people who were against the Taubira  bill, with which the socialist government was about to introduce the "gay marriage".
On Monday, the Diocese of Annecy has called a press conference on the Vesin case. Since yesterday, the former priest has been excommunicated. It is forbidden for him to receive the sacraments.
