Cardinal Ravasi Hypocrotically Attacks Salvini for Empty Gestures — He Forgets His Own Fabulous Gestures

Remember When?

Edit: this is part of the reason why growing numbers of Italian Catholics are ignoring the Church which has been all too willing to act against the best interests of the laity for the benefit of its evil masters. Banon’s own exhortation to the laity must also be noted.  From Mesa in Latino:

[Mesa in Latino] But couldn't these prelates take more care of the empty churches, the empty seminaries, the dead children killed in mothers' womb, instead of taking care of Salvini?

Andra Zambrano, also happily HERE  reminds him of the organization of the gala at the MET in New York with thePope  Rihanna and side by side with John Paul II's casules mixed with leather caps for bondage (on the disgusting story see MiL HERE.  But, as we know, as Merlin said in the film Excalibur, man's trouble is that he forgets.

Also Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, the Vatican "Minister of Culture", stands against Matteo Salvini. «Faith is an existential experience, a radical choice. Religion is the outward manifestation. Shaking the Gospel, showing off the rosary, kissing the crucifix does not necessarily make you a believer ». Thus, in an interview with Corriere della Sera, Cardinal Ravasi, theologian and biblicist and president of the Pontifical Council for Culture.

"Christ condemns those who make external gestures"

In particular, to the reporter's question as to whether theMinister  Matteo Salvini with his recent behavior was wrong or not, Ravasi replied: "These are signs that in themselves do not represent the authenticity of belief. Christ condemns those who take the first places in the synagogue, those who parade the phylacteries, the parchments with the verses of the Torah. Christ forgives all sins, but cannot bear hypocrisy. Self-salvation does not exist. One is not saved by outward manifestations, but by profound adherence to moral and existential choices. It is not the ritual gesture that saves. The sacrament is "opus operatum", an objective act marked by the divine presence, but also "opus operantis", a subjective act, a vital and moral choice. Otherwise it is magic ritual. Magic.”

Cardinal Ravasi: Many Ignore that Believers are in the Minority

Many clerics still live like they are, "in the village where on Sunday mornings, when the bells are ringing, people are running to church," said Curia Cardinal Ravasi - No real atheism, but a form of religious apathy in most western countries

Rome (kath.net/KAP) From the point of view of Cardinal  Gianfranco Ravasi (archive photo), many clerics still do not want to believe that believers in the West are a minority. "They still live as if we were living in a village where on Sunday mornings, when the bells ring, people go to Church." Some clerics still live like "in a village where on Sunday mornings, when the bells ring, people run to the church" The Italian curia cardinal Ravasi says - No real atheism, but a form of religious apathy is in effect in most western countries," said the president of the Pontifical Council for Culture in an interview for the newspaper "Corriere della Sera" (Thursday). Ravasi said before the start of a conference on the rededication of churches, which will take place until Friday at the Pontifical Gregorian University.

There is no real atheism in most Western countries. "Rather, there is a form of religious apathy: It does not matter if there is God or not," the Italian Curial Cardinal described the prevailing consciousness. However, this leads to everyone building up their own moral system, as it is convincing and fitting for them.

Even if in surveys someone calls himself a Christian, that sometimes means little, says Ravasi. Some time ago he wrote on Twitter: "I was a stranger, and you took me in,” and received masses of violent reactions. "Most of them did not even understand that I quoted the Gospel, Matthew 25:43."

The cardinal sees two alternatives as possible reactions. One sees it in the behavior of many Protestant churches: to give in to the trend, to retreat and to limit to a minimum of religious and moral statements. But he thinks that
as wrong. "The presence of believers, even if they are few, must be a shout, not a whisper," says Ravasi. It would be better to preserve the core of the Christian message in this way: "the Ten Commandments, the Sermon on the Mount, the Truth, Life and Death".

For this, however, they would have to be proclaimed in such a way that they are understood today, in appropriate language and media. Pope Francis, for example, describes this when he speaks in simple short sentences, using imaginative images as Jesus does, describing tangible things in the virtual world.

The two-day international conference "Dio non abita più qui?" (Does not God live here anymore?) Deals with possibilities of rededication of ecclesiastical buildings. In Italy alone, around 65,000 churches are owned by parishes and dioceses. The conference is organized by the Gregoriana, the Pontifical Council for Culture and the Italian Bishops' Conference.

Elite Conference Between Progressive Catholics and Freemasons in Home of Saint Francis

Freemasons: new attempt to come closer by Lodge Members and Church Representatives

(Rome) Next October 19, an elite study conference between members of the Catholic Church and Freemasonry will take place in a medieval castle near the central Italian city of Gubbio, now a luxury hotel.

The city of Gubbio, whose name is mainly associated with St. Francis of Assisi, belongs to the diocese of Assisi. On the website of the diocesan website it describes the conference:

"In a delicate phase of the pontificate of Francis, the [...] event arouses special interest in a historic moment in which more open positions within [the Church] are coming forth, such as those recently received by Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, the President of the Pontifical Commission For Culture.”

Lodge-Church Conferencein the Diocese of Assisi

Specifically, with the open letter "Dear Brother Freemasons", which Cardinal Ravasi published on 14 February 2016 in the Italian business paper Il Sole 24 Ore, declaring himself “more prepared to dialogue and more open  to different positions.” Overall, Freemasonry shows amazing satisfaction about the administration of Pope Francis, who is mentioned in the diocesesan statement (see The Bishop "Very close" to the Pope Congratulates the Masons). These include more recent attempts at "dialogue". First attempts of this kind came after the Second Vatican Council, especially in the 70s. For the Church, membership in the Church of Jesus Christ and membership in a Masonic Lodge is considered incompatible.

The Bishop of Assisi is Msgr. Domenico Sorrentino, who was secretary of the Roman Congregation for Divine Worship and the Order of the Sacraments from 2000 to 2005 (Pope Francis' Mysterious Liturgy Commission).

The Catholic Church is not represented in Gubio, but a certain part of the Church. Among the speakers is a pastor of the Waldenses. Their origin dates back to the High Middle Ages. Since the 16th century, however, Italian Calvinism is actually forming. Especially in Piedmont, but also in Tuscany, the Waldenses have traditionally had close ties with Freemasonry. The press release of the diocese of Assisi uses the term "church" for the Waldenses. According to the doctrine of the Church, as it is written down in the catechism of the Catholic Church, only those communities that have apostolic succession have a share in the Church of Christ, which was never the case for the Waldenses.

Other speakers include the Catholic priest, Don Gianni Giacomelli, prior of the Camaldolese monastery Fonte Avellana; the Grand Master of the Grand Orient of Italy, Stefano Bisi  and the President of the College of the Reverend Masters of the Masonic Lodges of Umbria, Luca Nicola Castiglione.

The conference's motto is: "Church and Freemasonry: Is Dialogue Possible?"

Organizer of the meeting is the Association of Catholic Workers ACLI in the Catholic Action. But the final word will be Stefano Bisi’s, Grand Master of the Grand Orient, Italy's most influential freemasonry.

Three Million for the Vatican Pavilion at Expo 2015 -- The "Anger" of the Pope

(Rome) Three million euros is what  the Vatican Pavilion at the World Exhibition Expo 2015 in Milan costs. During the event, $ 150,000 were collected in donations. "In respect to the will of the Pope," they will be donated to the refugees in Jordan. This was preceded by an outburst of the Pope about the high cost for the World's Fair pavilion.
The cost of three million US dollars exceed the Vatican aid for victims of Cyclone Pam in the South Pacific, the Ebola virus in Africa, and the flooding of Genoa all together. This put Pope Francis in a state of "rage" when he learned of it. The daily newspaper Il Giornale reported today about the "anger" of the Pope.
The pavilion is 360 square meters in size and financed by the Pontifical Council for Culture with the support of the Italian Bishops' Conference  and the Archdiocese of Milan. The Pontifical Cultural Council is headed by Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi. The Cardinal who indeed strives to be close to Pope Francis, could now be really far from his favor.
The "exorbitant cost" as it was described by the papal circles are higher than several papal aid projects for the needy put together. The Pope has demanded therefore, that at least the donations collected during the World Expo will go to a relief project.
The funds are now being passed to the Jordanian Caritas. Caritas in Amman is present for the care, housing and education of Iraqi refugees.

Catholic Cardinal and Masonic Lodge Master (at least honorary)

(Rom) Gianfranco Ravasi has been a Cardinal of the Catholic Church since  2010. Since March 2016 he has also been an honorary Masonic Grandmaster.  Thanks to the Grand Lodge of Spain for a letter which the Cardinal sent last February to "dear Brother Freemasons."

Cardinal Ravasi's Letter

Just weeks after Cardinal Ravasi, President of the Pontifical Council for Culture, addressed his letter to the Lodges, these have shown themselves to be pleased by the recognition shown them by the prominent ecclesiastical figure, and  at the highest levels.

For the beaproned brothers, "the Cardinal's words are a recognition of our noble goals," so says the Grand Lodge.

"Freemasonry is incompatible with Christianity, even if Cardinal Ravasi calls himself 'honorable Brother Gianfranco,' in order to build a bridge to the Lodge," writes news site InfoVaticana.

Ravasi's letter which was originally published on14. February in the business newspaper  Il Sole 24, was an appeal to overcome the centuries of confrontation between the Church and the Lodge.

Steht Kardinal Ravasi auf derselben Stufe mit Oscar de Alfonso Ortega, dem Großmeister der Großloge von Spanien?
Is Cardibal Ravasi on the same level with Oscar de Alfonso Ortega, the Grandmaster of the Grand Lodge of Spain?

The letter did not call into question the numerous condemnations by the Church, not even the statements of incompatibility by the Magisterium and the ban on Lodge membership in the Codex of Canom Law, explicitly in 1917, implicitly in the 1983. Cardinal Ravasi wrote however :

"These various declarations of incompatibility between the two affiliations of the Church and the Lodge do not impede dialogue."

At the same time he mentioned the dialogue of the German bishops with the Lodges in the 1970s.  Because, so says the Cardinal, there are commonalities, "like the dimension of community, good will, the battle against materialism, the worth of the human person and learning about one another."

Cardinal Ravasi did not mention that a Catholic who is the member of a Lodge is in serious sin. And automatically excluded from the Sacraments.

The answer of the Grand Lodge in Spain

The Grand Lodge of Spain is one of the most influential Masonic associations in the Iberian peninsula answered the "honorable Brother Gianfranco." This is the manner that the aproned brothers address each other, as soon as they have stood initiation.  The Cardinal's letter ships "great courage," said the Grand Lodge.

The honorary mention went so far as to actually recognize Cardinal Ravasi  as "Master"  and imply that he is an initiate.  The "Master" is a Lodge Brother  who has presided directly over a Lodge, and directs their work. In the last passage of the Grand Lodge's letter it reads:

"The  Cardinalhas extended his brotherly hand in which he called us brothers.  It's a relationship in which anyone can participate, when they enter our Order.  The dear brother initiate strives for virtue as in every mystery school, of which the Master embraces. The mystery schools seek the self-transformation of each one who strives for the higher.  If the initiate is accepted and elected as a master, to lead the work of the Lodge, to which he is called by all, he ceases to be addressed as dear brother.  His new treatment, as honorable brother, means re same for the Church as it does for the Freemasonry: he is someone of wise and flawless good.  That is the freemasonic ideal. Honorable brother Gianfranco, thank you for the courageous gesture, which has opened a space for brotherly harmony. Like all of the worthy, you call into labor."

Masonic Cardinal Bemoans Justifiable Criticism of His Masonic Attitudes and Advocates Dialog With Freemasonry

Edit: , while Gianfranco Cardinal Ravasi calls for dialog with Freemasonry, Pope Francis has recently insisted that there can be no dialog with the devil.  In a recent statement for Il Timone, reported by Rorate Caeli, Ravasi laments that there are "integralists" in the Church who lay the charge of Freemasonry against various churchmen. It's understandable that he'd say this, at least out of self-interest, for he himself is no stranger to endorsing masonic, occultic ideas in his own public practice, as he did in Argentina when he worshiped the goddess Pachama in November of 2014 under the auspices of his masonic, "Court of Gentiles" initiative, which he began under Pope Benedict, initially.  Is it really necessary to just ask?

As this prelate disparages faithful Catholics for being scandalized by his masonic postures, more importantly, he's insulted God by offering adulation for notorious and unrepentant sinners.  Surely, he has more love for masonic commandments than God's.

An interesting citation from the Credo Sanctum blog on the nature of Freemasonry, the current Pope and Vatican II:

This reputation will put access to our doctrines into the midst of the young clergy, as well as deeply into the monasteries. In a few years, by the force of things, this young clergy will have overrun all the functions; they will form the sovereign’s council, they will be called to choose a Pontiff who should reign. And this Pontiff, like most of his contemporaries, will be necessarily more or less imbued with the Italian and humanitarian principles that we are going to begin to put into circulation.
Until the Catholic hierarchy starts to sort prelates like this out in a very real and meaningful way, both apodictically and apophatically, the desolation of Catholic institutions and the great confusion of peoples will continue.  Father Ray Blake seems to have some ideas.  Now THIS is dialog:

To those who deny the existence of God, and assert that the world is self-existing, and that all things in it occur by chance, and not by the providence of God, Anathema!

Deacon: To those who say that God is not spirit, but flesh; or that He is not just, merciful, wise and all-knowing, and utter similar blasphemies, Anathema! To those who dare to say that the Son of God and also the Holy Spirit are not one in essence and of equal honor with the Father, and confess that the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit are not one God, Anathema!
To those who foolishly say that the coming of the Son of God into the world in the flesh, and His voluntary passion, death, and resurrection were not necessary for our salvation and the cleansing of sins, Anathema!
To those who reject the grace of redemption preached by the Gospel as the only means of our justification before God, Anathema!
To those who dare to say that the all-pure Virgin Mary was not virgin before giving birth, during birth-giving, and after her child-birth, Anathema!
To those who do not believe that the Holy Spirit inspired the prophets and apostles, and by them taught us the true way to eternal salvation, and confirmed this by miracles, and now dwells in the hearts of all true and faithful Christians, and teaches them in all truth, Anathema!
To those who reject the immortality of the soul, the end of time, the future judgement, and eternal reward for virtue and condemnation for sin, Anathema! To those who reject all the holy mysteries held by the Church of Christ, Anathema!
To those who reject the Councils of the holy fathers and their traditions, which are agreeable to divine revelation and kept piously by the Orthodox Church, Anathema!
To those who mock and profane the holy images and relics which the holy Church receives as revelations of God's work and of those pleasing to Him, to inspire their beholders with piety, and to arouse them to follow these examples; and to those who say that they are idols, Anathema!
To those who dare to say and teach that our Lord Jesus Christ did not descend to earth, but only seemed to; or that He did not descend to the earth and become incarnate only once, but many times, and who likewise deny that the true Wisdom of the Father is His only-begotten Son, Anathema!
To the followers of the occult, spiritualists, wizards, and all who do not believe in the one God, but honor the demons; or who do not humbly give their lives over to God, but strive to learn the future through sorcery, Anathema!

Cardinal Ravasi Gives Laudatory Farewell to Lifelong Occultist

Edit:  Just in time for Voris' recent accusation comes this.  Cardinal Ravasi has enjoyed the uncritical patronage of Pope Francis, and  has also been in a significant position for a while, notably as the head of the Pontifical Council of Culture and President of the Synod of Bishops where he undermined the sacrament of marriage.   He is also a bit of an occultist himself.

Now he's made this tweet on behalf of the late David Jones aka David Bowie:

The late darling of Cardinal Ravasi's idolatry had a long history of practicing occultism, black magic, Crowleyism, advocate of gender ideology and was a self-described Gnostic.  He believed that magic led to his fortune and fame.

He scandalized the public by making a similar tweet, quoting Lou Reed's tribute to heroin when the nihilistic pop star died at the age of 71.

Of course you'd expect a positive reaction from the aberrosexual enabling, Old Liberal Jesuit, James Martin who described he Cardinal's tweet as "elegant" on his Facebook page.

For Consultor of the Pope The Celebration of the Eucharist is "Magical, Not Religious"

The "erotic Buddhist" Pablo d'Ors a heretic
(Rome / Madrid) The writer, a Catholic priest and "erotic Buddhist" Pablo d'Ors from Spain has been a consultant since 1 July 2014, Adviser, for the Pontifical Council for Culture at the Vatican (see Pontifical Cultural Council for Women priests -? The "Erotic Buddhist" that Francis made the Consultant ). His appointment  has already caused amazement. Now  Msgr. Jose Rico Paves, the auxiliary bishop of Getafe in Madrid,  has accused Pablo d'Ors who wrote an essay in an article published on June 26  of a "Wealth of Doctrinal Heresies". The  President of the Pontifical Council for Culture, Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, just appeared in the headlines because of his active participation in the Pachamama cult, a Pagan Mother Earth Cult .
The essay by Pablo d'Ors appeared in the Spanish magazine Vida Nueva (New Life) with the subtitle "A dedicated voice in the Church." The Consultant maintains therein that the actions in the Eucharistic celebration are "fundamentally magical and not religious." Pablo d'Ors: "The sacraments of the Church mean nothing to the vast majority, to those who belong to it,  as good as nothing. A character whose meaning they do not understand, it's not a sign, but magic. The Christian rites and symbols have degenerated to, for the majority of believers, pure magic."  Words and gestures to "be carried out automatically and in an irrational manner, do not connect with the transcendent," said the Spaniard, whom Pope Francis has made a consultant.

"Our Masses Remind Me of the Absurd Theater of Beckett"

He continued: "I maintain that much is fundamentally magical and non-religious from the behavior of the priests and the laity during the Eucharistic celebration. Can you imagine that the apostles knelt before the bread or picked up crumbs after Jesus?"
Therefore, "Our Masses remind me of the absurd theater of Beckett," said d'Ors. "For example, take the Eucharist, whose symbols are the bread and wine. The bread is of course commonplace, soft and nutritious. That the bread is a symbol of God means that God is an everyday occurrence, that God is soft and that God is nutritious. If the symbol of bread is broken, distributed and consumed as a sign or sacrament, that means not only giving, consciousness of other bread, but to make himself the food for the needs of others. The same applies to the wine [...] But why should we use it to keep the Eucharist in a tabernacle? Have we not said that it is the true sign and to share it? The proof that our mentality is magical, if we think that God is more in a box than outside. But this is ... is absurd! "

Statements by Pablo d'Ors "Full Doctrinal Heresies"

Bishop Rico Paves responded with a paper, in which he condemned the text by Pablo d'Ors as "full doctrinal heresies".The views expressed by D'Ors would have "dramatic consequences for the Christian life". Pablo d'Ors was a priest, who "does not believe in the real presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist and makes fun of the worship and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and His constant presence in the tabernacle of the Church".
Bishop Rico Paves also expresses its concern because the author of these heresies is a "Consultor of the Pontifical Council for Culture." The Bishop sees in "the doctrinal confusion by d'Ors, a faith problem". The auxiliary bishop writes: "Why did he not even mention the word faith? He thinks that one can understand the sacraments without faith."  Also: "How can it be that 50 years after publication of the encyclical Fidei Msyterium by Pope Paul VI. the misconceptions rejected at the same time about the Eucharist and the sacraments are represented?"
Pablo d'Ors is incardinated in the Archdiocese of Madrid. Will he suspended from his priesthood, to which he has publicly turned his back? Will  he be released as a Vatican dicastery Consultant?

Cardinal Ravasi Participates in "Mother Earth" Worship

Pachamama-Cult
(Buenos Aires) Gianfranco Cardinal Ravasi, President of the Pontifical Council for Culture actively took part in the Argentine city of San Marcos Sierras  a Pachamama cult ceremony. The goddess Pachamama means in the Quechua language "Mother Earth" or "mother cosmos". It is a relic of pre-Christian, pagan times, which has been preserved in parts by the Quechua and Aymara Indians of the Andean countries.
Sacrifices will be made to the goddess Pachamama, which is "omnipotent" in the indigenous imagination, especially "Coca leaves", "talismans, herbs, llama fetuses", "little dolls" as the Neue Zürcher Zeitung wrote. "On the witches' market in La Paz"  there are traded "the ingredients for the burnt offering in honor of Pachamama"  and  "faith as business," said the NZZ.
The animist cult is also operated in a place of central Argentine province of Cordoba. There, San Marcos Sierras, with its nearly 950 inhabitants (2010), about 150 kilometers from the city of Cordoba, is where Pope Francis had been exiled   in the 80s by his provincials. San Marcos Sierras is regarded as the last place, where in the main of which is inhabited by the  more than 5,000 remaining  indigenous people of the Comechingones (Henia and Kamiare).

"Court of Nations" with Idolatry

Cardinal Ravasi Pachamama cult
Cardinal Ravasi at Pachamama cult
The Pachamama cult action was in November 2014 under Ravasis Initiative, "Court of Gentiles", which appeared at that time on Argentinan television stations, but is only now becoming available through the publication of a video. The organized idolatry was organized by Foro Ecumenico Social (Ecumenical Social Forum). The most prominent attendee of the "Mother Earth" was Cardinal Ravasi, "which was cultivated" (ORF) by the curial cardinal. The cardinal was not only an observer but an active participant (see video). With him Theresa Varela, who was vice president of the Foro Social Ecumenico and president of the Foundation Mision Esperanza to San Marcos Sierras  came  "along with the indigenous peoples".
According to unofficial information in Argentina, the place is said to have grown to 3,000 residents, as there is a strong influx of Argentines from the largest cities of Argentina, by Europeans and white US citizens "of the middle and upper classes." San Marcos Sierras is developed for tourism and is considered a destination of the hippie movement. A connection to Pachamama cult is believed.

"Women's Culture" of the Pontifical Council for Culture -- Women's Priests and the Abolition of Celibacy?

Cardinal Ravasi
(Vatican) in early February convenes the Plenary Assembly of the Pontifical Council for Culture . It will introduce some novelties. Above all, there will be more irritating  voices around this event.

Pope Francis Against Misogyny and Machismo

It is considered difficult to make it out. It's even worse  when you raise expectations. Yesterday, Sunday, Pope Francis spoke to thousands of young Filipino students at the Pontifical and Royal University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Manila. The Catholic Church leader said, as it suits him best, which is extemporaneously. In his speech, he took up the cudgels for women. In the audience there were at least as many girls as boys. However, only one girl was among the selected ones who were allowed to present a question to the Pope: "There are few women among you.Too few. Women have a lot to say in today's society. Sometimes we are misogynistic and give women no room."
The Universidad Santo Tomaso Manila was founded in 1611 and is the oldest university in Asia. Since 1927, enrollment has been open to women. Currently, there are more than 42,000 students studying at the university.

Feminist Theologians  Accuse Pope of "Antiquated Modes of Thought"

Despite the criticism against  "machismo" do not seem to be satisfied on this point all feminists and theologians with Pope Francis. On The Contrary. In a recent issue of the Journal of the Città dell'uomo (city of man) the progressive theologian Maria Cristina Bartolomei published a scathing criticism of Pope Francis, whom she accused of adherence to an "antiquated, and ossified in old and outdated categories,"
When hearing from  theologians  à la Bartolomei hear you understand the Apostle Paul, "when he orders that women should keep silence in the Church," wrote the Catholic Pro-Lifer Claudia Cirami in Papale Papale. Bartolomeis' "analysis" of Vatican documents  hardly extends beyond the fundamental criticism that it was a question of  "documents by men for men."   Besides this Bartolomei is otherwise "super happy"  with Pope Francis.

Progressive Cycle

The "city of men" is a cultural-political association founded by Giuseppe Lazzati. Lazzati (1909-1986) comes from the environment by Giuseppe Dossetti, the procedural "organizer" of the vote success of the "Rheinish Alliance" at the Second Vatican Council. Dossetti, the head of the left wing of the Christian Democrats, Lazzati  became a Christian Democrat after the war, for whom he was a member of the Constituent Assembly (1946-1948) and then to 1953, a member of parliament. Lazzati stands with Dossetti on that section  of political Catholicism, which dreamed of a common 'social' future with the political left, including the Communists, or at least was open to left alliances. They found support with certain reservations, in a part of the ecclesiastical hierarchy that Paul VI. represented on the papal throne.
In 1958 Lazzati got a chair of Christian Literature of Antiquity at the Catholic University in Milan. In 1961  Archbishop of Milan Montini made him the editor of the Catholic newspaper "L'Italia". After his election as Pope, Paul VI. offered Lazzati more posts. In 1968, he leaves the chair to his assistant Raniero Cantalamessa and Rector of the Catholic University. It was an office which he held until 1983. He died in 1986, and  in 1991 with the help of the Archbishop of Milan, Carlo Maria Martini,  the beatification process began. On July 5, 2014 Pope Francis recognized Giuseppe Lazzati recognized as a Servant of God.

"Return" to Regain 1789

Lady Theologians
From this environment came the sarcastic words now, while Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi sought, the  President of the Pontifical Council for Culture with every effort to regain the alleged "return" of the Church in matters of women. By "return," the former Archbishop, Carlo Maria Cardinal Martini of Milan meant the 200 years since the French Revolution, which  the Church had to catch up.
For the 4th-7th February, he is holding a general meeting of his Congregation on the them of "Women's Culture: equality and difference".  It is to consult about a document that was "worked out by a group of women in the light of pastoral considerations of members and consultants." This group is about to become a kind of "Women's Council" as it says on the website of the Pontifical Council for Culture with great satisfaction. That would indeed be an "unprecedented novelty" in the Vatican. (See the report one of the new Consul of the Dicastery working on the document, the "erotic Buddhist" Pablo d'Ors - The "Erotic Buddhist" that Francis made as the Consultant for Cultural Pontifical supports women priests? ). D'Ors announced that will speak at the General Assembly in February on the admissibility of "women's ordination" and the repeal of the priestly celibacy. For both had, the Spanish priest, "the time is right."

Teatro Argentina, "Sexy Video" and Feminist Anathema

Excommunicated "priestesses" the Association "Roman Catholic Women Priests' jostle at a "diner table "
That Cardinal Ravasi  has a penchant for public visibility, is known not only within the Vatican walls. Thus, for the opening of the General Assembly of the Pontifical Council for Culture a novelty has been planned. It will not take place in the Vatican, but the most famous Roman theater, the Teatro Argentina. The reference to the homeland of Pope Francis is gladly seen as a  fortuitous byproduct. The event is freely accessible. To apply, a private video was produced by the Vatican's Pontifical Council with the Italian theater and film actress Nancy Brilli, which was released before Christmas on the Internet.
But who would have hoped thus to satisfy everyone, was wrong. Even during the Christmas season,  the feminist US theologian Phyllis Zagano opened fire from the columns of the National Catholic Reporter (NCR). The flagship of the progressive US Catholics printed a broadside against the Vatican, Cardinal Ravasi and Nancy Brilli. Zagano explained it was because of the "Sexy" way  with the commercial broadcasters to advertise in a style.  A style that "is obsolete in the most advanced countries and in majority of Muslim countries is totally unacceptable," said the feminist.
Instead of a "provocative" promotional video with a pretty actress in the Vatican, they should, according Zagano, publish a collection of stories of abused, raped, imprisoned and murdered women. To be perfectly equal, the feminist theologian listed the same seven such possible topics.

Karinal Ravasi in "Sackcloth and Ashes"

This was just the first blow, but the second one followed immediately. John L. Allen, for years Vaticanist of the National Catholic Reporter, with best wire there, even though since 2014 he has been under contract with the Boston Globe, he found  a statement by Cardinal Ravasi   statement for Zağano's attack.
The Cardinal "sank in sackcloth and ashes," said Vatican expert Sandro Magister. "Now I understand that we have probably made a mistake with the actress," said Allen who was able to quote the dicastry head. And promptly, the English version of the promotional video disappeared from the website of the Pontifical Council for Culture . There, the Italian version of the video runs on the English side to the motto: which no one will understand in the United States.
On the Internet, however, it is still in circulation if no longer desired by the publisher. The video CALL # LIFEOFWOMEN .

Pontifical Council For Culture Supports Women Priests? -- The "Erotic Buddhist", Whom Francis Appointed as Consultor

(Rome) The Pontifical Council for Culture  is preparing an "opening"  towards women priests?  Pablo d'Ors, appointed papal Consultor  of the Council for Culture since July, 1st, is convinced of a realignment. "While orthodox Church representatives are being kicked out from the Vatican,   heretics are being brought in," said Messa in Latino about the Spanish priest, novelist and "Zen Buddhist" and his interview in the daily newspaper La Repubblica .
The Pontifical Council for Cultural, headed by Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, seems to deal not only with culture and sports, but also with the Doctrine of the Faith, and ground filled with land mines.   Anyway, if you can believe the words of the Spanish Claretian priest,   Pablo d'Ors.   In an interview with La Repubblica on 5 November, he said that for "the next General Assembly" of the Pontifical Council for Culture is for common ground, which will be convened in 2015 on the topic of "female culture", an "opening" in the direction of women priests.  He will attend and is "absolutely sure".  Pablo d'Ors added: "And I am not alone." Last July 1, Pope Francis appointed   Pablo d'Ors as Consultor of the Pontifical Council for Culture .

Ecclesiastical Cultural Understanding only B-Class: No Longer an Alternative to the World, but "Dialogue" with the World

Females cultures: The website of the Pontifical Council for Culture on the topic of the next General Assembly
Father Pablo d'Ors describes himself as "erotic, mystical and weird". His life had been "full of loving relationships, reading and travel, also reckless". This helped him in his appeal that he discovered at the age of 27. "Knowing  human love, divine love helps to better understand" said the Claretian. "Could be. If indeed  so many chaste young men and young women  also apparently have dedicated themselves in the course of Church history with all their souls and with all their bodies God?" Said Messa in Latina about that.
The Church's understanding of culture is especially  "inappropriate" toda for Father d'Ors.  Compared to the high culture,   this understanding is only B-Class. It was necessary to adjust, stop trying to be an "alternative", but a Christianity in "dialogue" with the living world.

Priests are better living with a woman: "The time has come"

He has written several novels and is considered the "most German" among living Spanish writers. In one of his novels, the main character, a Slovak woman, goes to bed  with all the great writers of the 20th century. Pablo d'Ors said in an interview, a priest lives better with a woman at his side. Why? "Because the time is now ripe."  But that was only his "personal opinion".

Realignment of the Church Planned in Terms of Women Priests?

The Pontifical Council for Culture "can't  talk about it". There you will, however, talk about women priests. "I think there will be a  realignment at the next General Assembly"
He has also written some non-fiction books, including his most successful book Biografía del silencio (Biography of Silence), in which he says, each "should create a work of art". In line with this premise seems to be his default setting: "An important criterion to measure the spiritual vitality of a person is their willingness to change. To resist life is a sin, because life is in constant development ,"  according to the ancient Greek aphorism Panta Rhei .

To be allow himself to be "swept away by life"  - "If I were not a Christian, I would be a Buddhist"

Pablo d'Ors and the art to "aggiornare"
Pablo d'Ors also advocates a "new form" of asceticism. It was outdated to build life on a solid rock,  because  on the quicksand  you can admirably  live an "authentic spiritual vitality". Rain, raging rivers, winds and storms are not a problem because one must  allow  himself to be "swept away by life".
To this end, the new Consultor of the Pontifical Council for Culture has offered courses for  years. To participate there is no spiritual formation and religious affiliation necessary, although the coursework is  "primarily" of the Christian tradition and "secondarily" derived from Zen Buddhism. Predictably   d'Ors said in an earlier interview: "If I were not a Christian, I would be a Buddhist."
To the La Repubblica question, what's the best way for a man to die,   d'Ors said: "By attentiveness and completion you forget yourself, which is the hardest part".
Nuova Bussola Quotidiana writes: "A few days ago I visited my old mountain parish. The pastor has not been around for a few years now.  He ascended into the sky. He literally sacrificed himself every day, to visit the sick and dying and to make them human, but especially the sacramental assistance and consolation. Because it was his wish that save their souls."

How Did You Get in Contact with Pope Francis?

The question can not be answered. Pablo d'Ors, currently heads a theater workshop at the University of Madrid, offers no clues. La Repubblica asked how he came to know Pope Francis, and he only said: "He probably will have  asked: Who is the most insignificant priest from Madrid?"
Pablo d'Ors, grandson of the famous Spanish art critic Eugeni d'Ors, is a student of the German Benedictine Father Elmar Salmann. In 1991 he was ordained a priest and sent by his order, the Claretians, to evangelize Honduras. After his return to Spain, he was university chaplain and specialized in literary workshops with a focus on dramaturgy and theological aesthetics in Spain and Argentina.
He learned through his contacts in Germany know the Jesuit Franz Jalics and established the  association Amigos del Desierto (Friends of the desert), which is also the title of a novel by d'Ors. The desert represents infinity. The novel portrays a wandering between Christian mysticism and Zen Buddhism.
Because of the arrest of Father Jalics and other Jesuits during the military dictatorship in Argentina,  the Order had reservations about Jorge Mario Bergoglio. Father Jalics forgave the Argentine cardinal after his election as Pope. He and the other Jesuits were not denounced by him, as was incorrectly stated. On October 5, 2013, Father Jalics was received by  Pope Francis  in Santa Marta. Nothing became  known about the content of the meeting.

Cardinal Ravasi's "Cunning", Allows For No Revelation About the Synod

(Vatican) Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi has introduced the event "Court of Gentiles", which begins in Bologna on 26 SeptemberOn this occasion, the President of the Pontifical Council of Culture asked what he makes of the question of the admission of remarried divorcees. Cardinal Ravasi does not come from the Diplomatic Corps of the Vatican, but he is known for his "diplomatic" skills that  it appears in this particular case it is not possible yet to say anything in its infancy. But what exactly?
The "Court of the Gentiles" has been developed by Cardinal Ravasi initiative, the implementation was begun under Pope Benedict XVI. It's about dialogue days in various cities around the world that promote the encounter between Catholics and atheists and to introduce the latter to the Church.
Pope Benedict XVI. however admonished it two months before his resignation, saying that the initiative could not be self-perpetuating in its own right.  Benedict XVI. could have described  the "Court of Justice"  with more genteel words, had it stopped at several cities, where the initiative offered the same old participants anointing themselves pretty fruitlessly on stage with incense. There can be no staged encounter without any real effort to openness to the faith of the Church, otherwise the initiative was fruitless, as the then head of the Church (see separate report Benedict XVI Brings the "Court of Gentiles" Back on Track. no Dialogue as an End in Itself, but Evangelization ).

Ravasis (comfortable) Retreat to a Role Super Partes

On the question of divorced and remarried, Cardinal Ravasi said that it was better not to give an explanation, because he had received a standing position on the task. Ravasi is automatically the President of a Roman Synod Congregation. Pope Francis has also entrusted him with the management of the "Commission for the Message," the Synod of Bishops on the Family.  Ravasis deputy in this function is Pope Francis' protegé, the Titular Archbishop Víctor Manuel Fernández, rector of the Pontifical University of Buenos Aires.
At the same time, the cardinal said that a "certain problem" had already been recognized with regard to the indissolubility of marriage in the early Church on the theological level, but was met with "practical difficulties". "Now is not the time to make a statement, especially because the synodal event has not started yet and I am the chairman of the Commission for the Message, a tricky thing, because it might be the only official document of the upcoming Synod.  If we present the message, I will try to explain how we worked," said the Cardinal.

The Remarried Divorcees and the Porneia Question

"I would only add that one can already see in the Gospel of Matthew, yet exegetes, however, do not agree on the exact content  that it was a problem in the early Church, though they have the absolute certainty that the indissolubility would be a message of Jesus." Specifically, the Cardinal describes the exegetes' debate falls on the interpretation of the word "porneia".
"Regardless of what this 'porneia' means, it shows that the Church had a problem and that what happens at the Synod on the Family, is not a thing of chasing for the pleasure of the time, but was a priority that was raised by a broad group of believers, yet it was already a problem in the early Church."

From the “Egomenical” Council to the Homosexualization of the Church -- Ariel Levi di Gualdos

(Rome) He is young and combative, his life was a struggle between Judaism and Christianity, he decided for Jesus Christ and became a Catholic priest. The talk is of Ariel Gualdo di Stefano Levi, born in 1963. He is a student of the Jesuit Peter Gumpel, a priest of the Diocese of Rome and has the fire of a convert. He is the author of several books and editor of the theological journal series Fides Quaerens Intelletcum. In 2007 Erbe Amare, il secolo del sionismo (Bitter Herbs: The Zionist Century) appeared, 2009 Nada te turbe, 2011 E Satana si fece Trino relativismo, individualismo, disobbedienza. Analisi sulla Chiesa del terzo millenio (And the devil makes himself triune. Relativism, individualism, disobedience: An Analysis of the Church of the third millennium).

The Priest and Jewish convert's writings to provoke

Each of his works is like a cold shower and a heated provocation at the same time. It is this emotional roller coaster Levi di Gualdo wants to achieve in his readers. A tepid middle ground does not exist for him. The most recent book, The Devil Made Himself Triune is a razor-sharp polemic from the priest and theologian, as it is explained in the subtitle. In order to tap the full meaning of the title, it is necessary to resort to the Church Fathers. St. Jerome and St. Augustine described the devil as a monkey god. A monkey aping God to turn things upside down and create a parallel perception to reality.

The book is divided into three parts. The first part is dedicated to the free loyalty and obedience to the Church. The Second Vatican Council was “deformed by the post-conciliar theologians into a egomaniacal Council" and abused as an instrument of apostasy and rebellion within the Church. The neologism of "ecumenical" and "egomaniacal" gives you an idea of Levi di Gualdos militancy.

An Absolutist Mind at all Times is Characteristic of Apostates

Substantiated without circumlocution and with plenty of buttressing, the author assails the progressives in the Church who pretend to be an army of priest and theologian rebels, who are always have their mouths open and are ready at any time to demand "more collegiality and democracy" but to have built true dictatorships in the church at the same time.  "The hegemonic and absolutist mind is not something typically conservative, but rather of the apostates of all time, who gave rise to the worst forms of the suppression of freedom of thought and made the dominant opinion into a forced unity.”

This small army of dilapidated priests in jeans and tie theologians, who have neared to the people of the church, have initiated forms of clericalism, as they had never been before. The consequences were that "after decades of theological and liturgical scurrility, oddities, the churches of the West are half empty, and the crisis of credibility weighs like an executioner's ax on the clergy." The presumption of this modern clericalism was to reduce to the author, God, to an object, which one could impose one's will. "This fact leads to the denial of God as a God who is no longer recognized as the Lord of life and history.”

Bultmann to Ravasi - Is the condemnation of Modernism by Pius X no longer valid?

As an example, the author draws the chapter "From Bultmann to Gianfranco Ravasi," the world of ideas published by Cardinal Gianfranco Ravasi, president of the Pontifical Council for Culture an "autopsy". Here Levi di Gualdo raises the question of whether the contents of the Encyclical Pascendi Dominici Gregis, with Pope St. Pius X. Modernism condemning it as a synthesis of all heresies would still be valid today. The question is of crucial importance, since many of the Pius X theses condemned today the basis of numerous published theological writings expected to be learned in the theological faculties and seminaries. "The question that arises is: This happens because of the changing historical circumstances that the validity of those condemnations is extinguished, or is it because the soldiers have risen from the belly of the Trojan horse and now frolic inside the walls?”

Levi di Gualdo maintains that Cardinal Ravasi illustrated in the preface to the first, the Italian edition of the first volume of the work, "Jesus of Nazareth" by Pope Benedict XVI. that the use of “real” instead of “historic” is able to contradict what the Pope says in the book. The author sees this as "the usual word game” used by Bultmann and the thesis of the reality of the myth. "A thesis in the preface to the book of Benedict XVI. hurled like a ripe tomato against a white wall. “

Psychological Homosexualization the Church an Epidemic Evil

The second chapter of the book is devoted to the psychological homosexualization the Church, which accounts for the author and held to be far more serious than the pedophilia scandal. In Church history it was made an unprecedented phenomenon in the last decades. Homosexuals have created an internal Church lobby, which they operate with mafia-like methods. This lobby has created a form of clerical Pornokratie and has a negative effect on the life and institutions of the Church. "The request from the Holy See for years has forcefully imposed, not to ordain candidates with open or latent homosexual tendencies, that is simply ignored by many dioceses in which they act contrary to Roman directives. You can not have peace of mind, when severely limited to strict public statements, while a homosexual priest then increases his, in the same proportion as the bishops increase who march parallel to the ideological advance of homosexualization, proceeding in concert with a latent homosexual psychology. Or to put it more bluntly: some seminarians in the seminaries formed "religious brotherhoods” during in the 70s and 80s are today bishops, and no sooner had it, than they have to be first surrounded with like-minded subjects who systematically are placed in all key positions in the diocese, including seminaries where they mutually protect each other and reproduce.”

Rome must remove Homo-bishops - to Crush the Snake's Head

Ariel Levi di Gualdo assesses the decision "to be moved to concrete action: removal of the bishops from their diocese who promote and propagate homosexuals to the sanctuary.” It means that the Church “is to be cleaned of this dangerous homosexual decadent disease," says the Roman priest. "In various dioceses in which homosexuality has come to power, today the heterosexual candidates are excluded from the ordination. If they are already priests, they are discriminated against and discharged by a homosexual lobby. Appeals and recommendations at this point are no longer sufficient, readiness must be to cut the snake off at the head.” The author himself doesn’t lack a sense of humor in this subject. “In view of a blatant case", but this by no means was even a single case where in a diocese "in the last 20 years, eight of ten ordained priests" had “evident operational errors”, then “it suddenly struck me," and I said to the bishop, "he would have rather been consecrated as the prioress of the Discalced Carmelite nuns, as the Reverend Mother was the last man in the clergy of his diocese.”

The third chapter is devoted to the freedom of free choice of the people for good or evil, will be discussed soon.
