Star Wars Mess

I

"On Sunday, Jan. 31, head down to St. Bernard's Parish in Mill Basin for a very special treat: a #StarWars themed Mass! Kids can come dressed as their favorite character and there will be snacks in the auditorium after the Mass! Be sure to be there at 11:30 AM and May the Force be with you!"

Up next week: the Harry Potter Mass, complete with a cauldron instead of a ciborium.
"Children, can you spell pandering? Okay, now how about this tricky one: asinine?"

They deleted the Facebook post after the its comments section was justifiably crashed by horrified Catholics. But does that mean they will cancel the Mass itself?

Well we have Darth Vader for a pope, so what's the problem?

Well, since the Supreme Leader is Snoke and he has two key minions under him, Kylo and General Hux, these characters seem to fit Pope Francis, cardinals Schönborn and Kasper, no?

Please, not Darth Vader, Palpatine is better, it suites him very well......Lent is coming, pray and fast and hope that God can have mercy on us!

Abomination of desolation is well and truly in the Sanctuary.

I am noting that the poster talks about a "special guest appearance." Perhaps the priest will be dressed as Darth Vader.
I occasionally ask myself just how far the Novus Ordo blasphemies can go, then I realise - there is no limit!
